Mekhela Sador

A Mekhela Sador is a traditional attire worn by women in Assam. It's a two-piece ensemble that consist of a Mekhela (skirt) and a Sador (dupatta or shawl). This attire is worn during festivals, ceremonies and in mostly all traditional occasions. Mekhela Sador sets comes in different fabrics, colors and designs in rich cultural heritage. They are an integral part of Assamese tradition and identity.
