Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Raaga Silk Tales, accessible from https://raagasilktales.com/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. 

We gladly accept any cancellations within 24 hours of purchase . We will initiate the refund within 2 working day for cancellations made within 24 hours . The return amount in your account will be deposited as per the policies of the payment gateways that you chose to pay us with. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please note that it may take 3-4 working days for the amount to reflect in your statement depending upon the payment gateway provider policies.

Conditions for Returns

Before you decide to return, please understand that slight imperfections are inherent to the handloom process . They are all unique and distinct products. We also cross check each product thoroughly before we send them, so it is unlikely that you will receive a defective product. We stand behind our products. But in case you decide to return, we will gladly accept the returns if they meet the following conditions. 

In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Products were purchased in the last 14 days and we need to have the merchandise reach us within 10 days from the return date for us to initiate refund. 
  • The Products are in the original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.We cannot refund without cross checking the product in question as these are all unique handloom pieces and we cannot / will not accept back any damaged or worn products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us. You should send the Products at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.
